What does ImportKite do?
Two things. It imports products from other stores into your Shopify catalog, with variants, prices and photos. Then it writes a complete product page for them with AI: buy box, benefits, comparison table, reviews, FAQ, guarantees and a closing call to action, with optional Bundle & Save offers.
Where can I import from?
Today: any public Shopify store by link, and Amazon through the ImportKite Chrome extension (early access). AliExpress is next, and the plan covers 11 sources in total.
Does it work with my theme?
Yes, with any Online Store 2.0 theme, including Dawn, Horizon and most themes sold in the Theme Store. The page is an app block, so your header, footer and theme settings stay as they are. Older vintage themes without app blocks aren't supported.
Will the AI make things up?
It's built not to. The AI only writes from the imported product's own details. It can't invent reviews, stock counts, shipping times or return policies: where a fact is missing it leaves a marked gap, and ImportKite won't publish the page until you fill it in.
How do Bundle & Save offers work?
Shoppers pick 1, 2 or 3 items (or up to 4 tiers you set) right on the product page and see the discounted total. ImportKite creates a Shopify discount that applies the same price in the cart and at checkout, to the cent, in every currency your store sells in.
Which languages can it write in?
English, Spanish, French, German and Brazilian Portuguese. You can also translate a finished page into any of them.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free includes 10 imports, one AI product page and the full editor, so you can see exactly what you'd get. Publishing pages starts on Basic, which has a 3-day free trial.
How am I billed?
Through Shopify, on your regular Shopify invoice. You can pay monthly or yearly (yearly saves 20%), and you can change or cancel your plan from the app at any time.
What does ImportKite see in my store?
Products, themes, discounts, files and translations: what it needs to create products, publish pages and run bundle discounts. It doesn't read your orders or your customers.
What happens if I uninstall?
Products you imported stay in your store. Pages built with ImportKite stop showing, because the page block and the bundle discount are removed from your store together with the app.
